You’ll be working with an experienced business leader.  
Someone who knows themselves what it is like to be where the buck stops.  Having started and run two small businesses of my own, and been the Managing Director or Chief Executive of three major businesses with between 80 and 450 staff and revenues of £4M to £45M, I understand what you may be feeling as the top person;  as the responsible business leader accountable to everybody for everything.  I know that whilst much of the time the role of leader can be very rewarding, sometimes it can also be tough at the top - especially in today’s challenging market conditions.
       

You’ll get new insights.  
As an experienced outsider that has coached and mentored over thirty business leaders, I can provide the fresh insights that come from being a new pair of eyes.  You‘ll quickly find I have a much wider and deeper experience than many Managing Directors.   As you can see on the education and experience pages I am fortunate in having a very broad experience of business built on great professional and academic training.
 

You’ll reduce risk.  
I’ve seen a lot, done a lot, made some mistakes and learnt a lot. My experience and training is all deployed for your benefit - to minimise your risk and maximise your opportunity.
 

You’ll achieve better results.  
That is my reason for being.  I can only succeed by helping you succeed.  As a coach or mentor, my role is totally focused on helping you to achieve the results you need or want to achieve. I have no other purpose in working with you.
